I ordered my usual size hoping it would be fine, and while the top fit okay, the pants were tighter than I expected. It’s not the worst thing ever, but the sizing feels a little off and kind of annoying. I really wish the size chart had been more accurate because now I’m not sure I’d trust it next time

I reached out while I was trying to get a few things done before heading out for the afternoon, and didn’t expect a quick reply. But they got back to me fast and made it really easy, no back-and-forth hassle or anything.

My order showed up on time and almost everything was exactly as expected. One small item was packed a little differently than what was shown, but it really wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I felt good about the purchase and would order again...

I’m getting annoyed at this point. I placed my order expecting it to show up in a reasonable amount of time, and it’s still not here. Like, how is shipping this slow? I don’t mind waiting a few days, but this is getting ridiculous

The order arrived without any issues, but after only a few uses, the item already started showing wear. For what I paid, I expected it to last longer. It’s not completely terrible, but it definitely made me question the quality a bit.

It looked really cute on, but after wearing it for a few hours it started to feel tight and a little scratchy. It’s hard to describe, but the fabric just wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped

I don’t know, I just couldn’t get into the style on this site?? A lot of the dresses and tops felt way too loud for me, and some of them looked kind of cheap even in the nicer photos. I was expecting more simple pieces, but everything seemed a little overdone. Definitely not my taste.

it showed up on time and looks good overall. the color is a bit darker than it looked in the site photos, so it wasn’t exactly what I had in mind. not a big deal, but clearer photos would help.

I ordered from shopafrm.com and ended up having to return one item because the sizing was off. The return page itself wasn’t too hard to figure out, but waiting around for the label and updates made me feel kind of stuck, like I couldn’t really move on until something finally happened.
The exchange did show up eventually, so it wasn’t a total mess or anything. It just took longer than I expected, and the whole process felt a little more drawn out than it needed to be. Not terrible, but definitely could be smoother.
